I can sense the springtime in the air and what not a better time to start thinking about giving your beloved 4 wheeled friend its annual service. We all rely on our vehicles on a daily basis to get us from A to B and without them it can make life a bit hectic! (Don’t we all know that feeling?) Whether you drive a new car or an older run around, regular maintenance is important and can prevent breakdowns and big garage bills.

A lot of you reading this may think to yourselves wish I could use a small independent family garage instead of the main dealer to get my service done to cover my warranty. Well, I have great news you can! The law changed in October 2003 and you are no longer obliged to get the car serviced by a franchise dealer during the warranty period. It must though get serviced according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedule and criteria using only manufacturer approved parts. If you do get the car serviced outside the dealer network, you must make sure it’s done to the maker’s recommended schedule and criteria using approved parts. You must also keep records so you can demonstrate to the manufacturer that servicing was undertaken to their requirements. We can do all of this for you and save you’re a small fortune!
